Just a note to say how pleased we are with your service. We had a very poor service from BT, with continuous drops in service, speeds fluctuating widely and often no service at all, combined with the worlds worst helpline / complaints process. We moved to Rural Internet and it all settled down to a very stable + or – 4.5Mbps. This allowed us to watch “I” player and do the normal things which was impossible most of the time with BT. I then bought a second hand router off a well known auction sight and OK, the wireless did not work, but I already had a wireless router. But playing with the snr ratios has bought the speed up to 8Mbps. So a combination of Rural Internet and a new router has resulted in a very stable continuous service at twice the speed and ten times the reliability we had with BT.
It amazes me that BT could not or would not achieve what you did within half an hour of us changing service.
The real difference has been Rural internet. You speak to someone who spends time to get it right, delivers the service they promised, and does not put you on hold for half an hour. If you live in a rural area and need reliable internet I recommend this company. This note is entirely unsolicited and has not been asked for. I seldom write letters to recommend a company but I think Rural Internet deserves it.
